fa نقش میانجی خودتنبیهی در رابطه بین اجتناب تجربه ای و تنظیم هیجان بین فردی با خودزنی غیرخودکشی نوجوانان The Mediating Role of Self-Punishment in The Relationship between Experiential Avoidance and Interpersonal Emotion Regulation with Non -Suicidal self-injury in Adolescents تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: شواهد رو به رشدی از خودزنی در نوجوانان حمایت می‌کند اما توجه اندکی به نقش سبب شناسی روانی و عوامل واسطه ای آن شده است. از این رو، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین اجتناب تجربه ای و تنظیم هیجان بین فردی با خودزنی غیرخودکشی در نوجوانان با نقش میانجی خودتنبیهی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: طرح این پژوهش توصیفی _همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانش‌آموزان متوسطه اول و دوم، دختر و پسر شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی1404- 1403بودند، که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای تعداد 444 نفر انتخاب و به پرسشنامه های اجتناب تجربه‌ای(گامز و همکاران)، پرسشنامه تنظیم‌ هیجان ‌بین‌فردی(هافمن و همکاران)، پرسشنامه خودتنبیهی(ولز و همکاران) و پرسشنامه رفتارها و کارکردهای خودجرحی(کلونسکی و گلن) پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده، در سطح توصیفی از شاخص‌‌های گرایش مرکزی و پراکندگی(میانگین و انحراف معیار) برای ارایه وضعیت متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده شد. در سطح استنباطی نیز از آزمون‌های بررسی پیش‌فرض‌ها (کولموگروف اسمیرنف و عدم وجود هم خطی چندگانه)، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. لازم به ذکر است که کلیه‌ی تحلیل‌های آماری با استفاده دو نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 26 و AMOS نسخه 26 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که مدل مربوط به رابطه بین اجتناب تجربهای و تنظیم هیجان ‌بین‌فردی با رفتارهای خودزنی غیرخودکشی نوجوانان با توجه به نقش میانجی خودتنبیهی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان دهنده نقش میانجی خودتنبیهی در رابطه بین اجتناب تجربه‌ای و تنظیم هیجان بین‌فردی با خودزنی است. بنابراین در نظرگرفتن نقش این متغیرها توسط درمانگران و مشاوران مدارس به هنگام کار با نوجوانان دانش آموز و به طور خاص در مراکز درمانی و مشاوره ای، ضروری و مهم به نظر می‌رسد Aim and Background: Growing evidence supports non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents, but little attention has been paid to the role of psychological etiology and its mediating factors. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between experiential avoidance and interpersonal emotion regulation with non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents with the mediating role of self-punishment. Methods and Materials: The design of this research was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research included first and second grade high school students, both male and female, in Isfahan in the academic year 1403-1404. 444 people were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling and responded to the Experiential Avoidance Questionnaire (Games et al.), Interpersonal Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (Hoffman et al.), Self-punishment Questionnaire (Wells et al.), and Self-injurious Behaviors and Functions Questionnaire (Klonsky and Glenn). For data analysis, at the descriptive level, central tendency and dispersion indices (mean and standard deviation) were used to present the status of the research variables. At the inferential level, tests to examine assumptions (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and absence of multiple collinearity), Pearson correlation coefficient, and structural equations were used. It should be noted that all statistical analyses were performed using two statistical software SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 26. Findings: The research findings showed that the model related to the relationship between experiential avoidance and interpersonal emotion regulation with non-suicidal self-harm behaviors in adolescents has a good fit, considering the mediating role of self-punishment. Conclusions: The findings of this study indicate the mediating role of self-punishment in the relationship between experiential avoidance and interpersonal emotion regulation with non-suicidal self-injury.
