fa تحلیل مخاطره طلاق زنان مطلقه دارای فرزند با استفاده از مدل کاکس وابسته به زمان Analyzing the Risk of Divorce among Divorced Women with Children Using Time-Dependent Cox Model عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: طلاق یکی از آسیبهایی است که ابعاد فردی، روانی و اجتماعی مختلفی دارد و فرزندان را به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. از این رو، مطالعات در این زمینه همواره مورد توجه پژوهشگران و سیاستگذاران در حوزه خانواده قرار دارد. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی متغیرهای مؤثر بر مخاطره طلاق زنان مطلقه دارای فرزند می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، از اطلاعات 756 زن مطلقه دارای فرزند استفاده شد که داده‌های آن در موج اول طرح پیمایش طلاق سازمان ثبت احوال کشور در سالهای 1396-1397 جمع‌آوری گردید. مدل‌های مخاطرات متناسب و وابسته به زمان کاکس به منظور مطالعه تأثیر متغیرهای پیش‌بین منتخب بر مخاطره طلاق این زنان بر روی داده‌ها و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Spss22 برازش و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: اکثر زنان مطلقه، تک فرزند (7/57 درصد)، میانگین سن اولین فرزند آنان 1/13 سال و میانه بقای ازدواج آنها، 175 (36/7±) ماه بود. نتایج برازش مدل کاکس وابسته به زمان روی داده‌ها نشان داد که متغیرهای شاخص توسعه انسانی، تعداد خواهر و برادر، تعداد سال‌های تحصیل، سن ازدواج، تعداد سال‌های تحصیل و در قید حیات بودن پدر، سن ازدواج همسر، تعداد سال‌های تحصیل مادر همسر و سن فرزند اول روی مخاطره طلاق زنان دارای فرزند تأثیر معنی‌دار داشتند و متغیر سن فرزند اول بیشترین اثر (576/1HR=) را در افزایش طلاق داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: با افزایش شاخص توسعه انسانی، سن ازدواج زن و همسر، تعداد سال‌های تحصیل پدر، تعداد سال‌های تحصیل مادر همسر و سن فرزند اول مخاطره طلاق زنان افزایش و از سوی دیگر با افزایش تعداد سال‌های تحصیل و تعداد خواهر و برادر آنان این مخاطره کاهش یافت. همچنین، زنانی که پدر آنها در قید حیات بود، مخاطره طلاق بیشتری نسبت به زنانی که پدر آنها فوت شده بود، داشتند. Aim and Background: Divorce is one of the harms that has various personal, psychological and social dimensions and severely affects children. Therefore, studies in this field are always of interest to researchers and policymakers in the field of family. The aim of the present study is to investigate the variables affecting the risk of divorce among divorced women with children. Methods and Materials: In this study, 756 divorced women with children were selected, based on the first wave of the National Civil Registration Organization's divorce survey project in 2017-2018. To study the effect of selected covariates on the divorce risk of these women, Proportional Hazard and time-dependent variable Cox models were fitted to data and analyzed using Spss22. Findings: The median of first marriages survival for divorced women with children was estimated as 175 months (±7.36 months), the highest percentage of divorced women had only one child (57.7%), and the mean age of their first child was 13.1 years. The results of fitting the time-dependent Cox model to the data showed that changes in the human development index, number of siblings, years of education, marriage age, years of father’s education, father’s living status, spouse’s marriage age, spouse’s mother years of education, and the first child age had a significant effect on divorce risk for these women; the women’s first child age had the most effect on these women’s risk of divorce (HR= 1.576). Conclusions: By increasing the human development index, women and their spouse marriage age, their father’s years of education, their spouse mother’s years of education, and the first child age, the divorce risk of these women increases, on the other hand, by increasing women’s years of education and the number of siblings, their divorce risk decreases. Also, the risk of divorce for women whose father is alive is higher than those whose father was death.  طلاق, مدل کاکس وابسته به زمان, فرزند, زنان.
