fa بررسی شاخص‌های روانسنجی آزمون اعتیاد به اینستاگرام (TIA) در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ایران Examining the Psychometric Indicators of Test for Instagram Addiction (TIA) in Iranian Medical Science Students تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: استفاده مفرط و اعتیادگونه از شبکه اینستاگرام می تواند تاثیرات منفی قابل توجهی بر سلامت روانی و جسمانی افراد داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ساختار عاملی و ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی آزمون اعتیاد به اینستاگرام (TIA) در بین جامعه دانشجویی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و به طور دقیق تر اعتباریابی آزمون بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی دزفول در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 تشکیل دادند. با در نظر گرفتن تعداد متغیرها 260 نفر به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمعآوری دادهها شامل آزمون اعتیاد به اینستاگرام (دیسوزا و همکاران، 2018؛ TIA-26)؛ آزمون اعتیاد به فیسبوک (اندریسن و همکاران، 2012؛ FAS-6) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی (ریف و سینگر، 2012؛ (RPWA-18 بودند. جهت ارزیابی ساختار عاملی آزمون از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. پایایی آزمون با روش همسانی درونی و روایی همگرا و واگرا نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: شاخص های برازش در تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان دهنده انطباق مناسب مدل پنج عاملی آزمون اعتیاد به اینستاگرام با داده ها بودند. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ نیز از مقادیر قابل قبولی برخوردار بودند. نتایج نشان داد آزمون حاضر با مقیاس FAS-6 رابطه مثبت و معنیدار (روایی همگرا) و با پرسشنامه RPWS-18 رابطه منفی و معنیدار (روایی واگرا) دارد (05/0>p). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته ها حاکی از آن است که فرم فارسی آزمون اعتیاد به اینستاگرام (TIA) ابزاری روا و پایا برای ارزیابی خطر اعتیاد به اینستاگرام در بین دانشجویان ایرانی است. از این رو، می توان از آن در موقعیتهای بالینی و پژوهشی استفاده کرد. Aim and Background: Excessive and addictive use of Instagram can have significant negative effects on people's mental and physical health. This study aimed to examine the psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Instagram Addiction Test in Iran. Methods and Materials: The research design was descriptive-correlational, more precisely, it was the validation of the test. The statistical population comprised students of Dezful University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2023-2024. Considering the number of variables, 260 individuals were selected using a multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Data collection instruments included the Instagram Addiction Test (D’Souza et al, 2018, TIA-26), the Facebook Addiction Test (Andreassen et al 2012, FAS-6), and the Brief Scale of Psychological Well-Being (Ryff & Singer, 2002, RPWS-18). The scale's factor structure was assessed through confirmatory factor analysis, while internal consistency, convergent and divergent validity were also evaluated. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24 software's. Findings: The results showed that this test consists of five factors. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to measure the five-factor structure, and its findings showed that the five-factor model fit indices had an acceptable fit with the data. Cronbach's alpha coefficients also had acceptable values. Also, to examine the convergent and divergent validity, the FAS-6 and RPWS-18 scales were used simultaneously. The findings showed that the present test has a positive and significant relationship with the FAS-6 scale and a negative and significant relationship with the RPWS-18 questionnaire (p<0.05). Conclusions: The findings suggest that the Persian form of Test for Instagram Addiction (TIA) is a reliable and valid instrument for assessing the risk of Instagram addiction among Iranian students.
