fa عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقای کیفیت محیطی فضای بستری کودکان (نمونه موردی: کودکان 7 تا 12 ساله بستری در بیمارستان امام حسین اصفهان) Influential factors affecting improved environmental quality of hospital rooms for children (case study: childreInfluential Factors Affecting Improved Environmental Quality of Hospital Rooms for Children (Case Study: Children between 7 to 12 Hospitalized in Imam Hossein Hospital in Esfahan)n between 7 to 12 hospitalized in Imam Hossein Hospital in Esfahan) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: بیمارستانهای کودکان به دلیل عملکردشان، بهصورت ذاتی احساسات منفی مثل استرس، ترس و آشفتگی را برای کودک به همراه دارند. طراحی ضعیف این فضاها، بدون در نظر گرفتن نیازهای جسمی و روحی کودک، موجب تشدید این تأثیرات شده و بستری شدن را به رویدادی آسیبزا برای کودک تبدیل کرده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، دستیابی به عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر ارتقای کیفیت فضای بستری کودکان، با مشارکت خود کودکان است. مواد و روش‌ها: طرح پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و راهبرد طرح پژوهش کیفی در این تحقیق، تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد کلارک و براون است. جامعه آماری، کودکان 7 تا 12 سالهی بستری در بیمارستان کودکان امام حسین (ع) در شهر اصفهان است که حجم نمونه به‌صورت هدفمند و تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری از بین آن‌ها انتخاب شد. چهل نقاشی به‌دست‌آمده از کودکان با روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرمافزار اطلس تی آی 7، جهت رسیدن به نظرات کودکان در مورد ویژگیهای اتاق بستری باکیفیت، مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از آن است که بر اساس نظر کودکان، کیفیت فضای بستری به پنج مضمون اصلی شامل اجزای کالبدی اتاق، جاذبههای بصری، جاذبههای عملکردی، خودی کردن فضا و غلبه بر نظم غالب وابسته است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، مضامین به‌دست‌آمده از نظرات کودکان بیان‌کننده این است که پرداختن به اجزای کالبدی با ایجاد جاذبههای بصری و عملکردی و کم کردن محدودیتها میتواند فضا را برای کودک خودی کرده و باعث افزایش کیفیت اتاق بستری شود. نظرات کودکان، تأییدکننده رویکرد تعاملگرا در تعیین مؤلفههای مؤثر بر کیفیت معماری است. Aim and Background: Poor designing of these hospitals, ignoring physical and emotional needs of children, could deteriorate the conditions and lead to added harm for these children. The main purpose of this research is to diagnose practical, important factors which can promote the environmental quality of hospitalization for children by incorporating their ideas and emotions. Methods and Materials: The research plan is qualitative and the implemented qualitative research plan is Thematic Analysis by Braun & Clarke Approach. The statistical population of the study is children between 7 to12, hospitalized in Imam Hossein Hospital in Esfahan. Sample size was carefully selected according to the purpose of the study to achieve Theoretical saturation. In order to grasp their idea of a qualified hospital room, the 40 paintings made by targeted children were then analyzed by Thematic Analysis and ATLAS-ti 7. Findings: According to the findings focusing on children’s perceptions and ideas, it was realized that the quality of hospital room is influenced by five factors including; items and features located in room, visual effects, practical attractions, personalized environment and rearranging the accepted order of the environment. Conclusions: According to the outcomes of the research, it was concluded that by improving the details and items located in rooms and creating visual and practical attractions as well as reducing limitations for children with the purpose of allowing them personalize their environment, the quality of hospitalization environment could be enhanced to a great extent.
