fa گرایش به مواد مخدر بر اساس الگوی مهارتهای ارتباطی و تنظیم هیجانی با میانجیگری نقش حمایتی خانواده‌ Drug Addiction Based on the Pattern of Communication Skills and Emotional Regulation Mediated by the Supportive Role of Family عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: گرایش به مواد مخدر می‌تواند اثرات جبران‌ناپذیری به همراه داشته باشد. حمایت خانوادهها در تنظیم هیجان و مهارت‌های ارتباطی در کاهش گرایش جوانان به موادمخدر نقش مهمی دارد. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان گرایش به مواد مخدر بر اساس الگوی مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تنظیم هیجانی با میانجیگری نقش حمایتی خانواده‌ها بود. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه جوانان شهرستان نجف‌آباد اصفهان تشکیل دادند، که از این میان 200 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه نظم‌جویی هیجان گروس و جان (2004)، پرسشنامه مهارت‌های ارتباطی کوئین‌دام (2004)، پرسشنامه آمادگی به اعتیاد وید و بوچر (1992) و پرسشنامه حمایت خانواده پروسیدانو و هلر (۱۹۸۳) بوده است. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و با نرم افزار SPSS و Amos انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد شاخص‌های برازش مدل تحقیق در شرایط مطلوب بود. مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تنطیم هیجان با حمایت خانواده رابطه مستقیم داشت و حمایت خانواده و مهارت‌های ارتباطی با گرایش به مواد رابطه غیرمستقیم داشت. گرایش به مواد مخدر بر اساس الگوی مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تنظیم هیجان با میانجیگری نقش حمایتی خانواده‌ها معنی‌دار بود. (05/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر این است که نقش حمایتی خانواده در چگونگی الگوهای ارتباطی و تنظیم هیجان موثر است و می‌تواند بستر را برای گرایش به مواد مهیا کند. همچنین حمایت موثر خانواده میتواند به افراد مبتلا به اعتیاد به مواد مخدر کمک کند تا احساس حمایت کنند، باورها و اعتماد به نفس آن‌ها را تغییر دهد و تمایل به بازگشت مجدد آن‌ها را کاهش دهد. Aim and Background: Addiction to drugs can have irreversible effects. The support of families in regulating emotions and communication skills plays an important role in reducing the tendency of young people to drugs. Therefore, the purpose of the current research was to investigate the level of drug addiction based on the pattern of communication skills and emotional regulation with the mediation of the supporting role of families. Methods and Materials: The present research was a descriptive-correlational type of structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the youths of Najafabad city of Isfahan, from which 200 people were selected by cluster sampling method. The data collection tool was Gros and John's (2004) Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, Queendom's Communication Skills Questionnaire (2004), Wade and Butcher's Addiction Readiness Questionnaire (1992) and Procidano and Heller's Family Support Questionnaire (1983). Data analysis was done using structural equation method and SPSS and Amos software. Findings: The results showed that the fit indices of the research model were in favorable conditions. Communication skills and emotion regulation had a direct relationship with family support, and family support and communication skills had an indirect relationship with addiction. Drug addiction was significant based on the model of communication skills and emotion regulation with the mediation of the supportive role of families. (P<0.05). Conclusions: The findings of the research show that the supportive role of the family is effective in the way of communication patterns and emotion regulation and can provide a platform for drug addiction.
