fa واکاوی مقاومت‌های نرم زنان در مقابل ساختار مرد سالارانه Analyzing Women's Soft Resistance Against the Patriarchal Structure عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: زندگی روزمره علاوه بر این‌که بستر اعمال قدرت در جامعه محسوب می‌شود پتانسیل‌هایی نیز برای عملِ رهایی‌بخش و خلاقیت و استقلال سوژه فراهم می‌کند. خانواده به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین عرصه‌های زندگی روزمره است که زنان در آن نقش‌آفرین اصلی شمرده میشوند. با توجه به این‌که این حوزه نیز خالی از مناسبات قدرت نیست مانند بقیه‌ی عرصه‌های اعمال استراتژی‌های قدرت مقاومت‌هایی را نیز در خود جای می‌دهد. پژوهش حاضر به واکاوی مقاومتهای نرم زنان در مقابل ساختار مرد سالارانه می‌پردازد. در این مقاله تلاش شد زندگی زنان در متن جامعه مردسالارانه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و برخی عوامل پراهمیت در تثبیت یا تغییر وضعیت آنان خصوصاً در خانواده  واکاوی شود. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی خبرگان و صاحب نظران علمی و اجرایی، در رشته های جامعه شناسی و علوم سیاسی که در بحث توسعه، توسعه سیاسی و همچنین در بحث توانمند سازی زنان در حوزه های مختلف توسعه، صاحب تالیفات هستند ( با تاکید بر اینکه از خبرگان زن حتما استفاده گردد) و از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند در بخش کیفی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که جامعه پذیری جنسیتی با فراوانی 377  بیشترین تاثیر را بر واکاوی مقاومتهای نرم زنان در مقابل ساختار مرد سالارانه و مولفه تقدس بخشی به مفهوم زن با فراوانی 69  دارای کمترین تاثیر می باشد. از بین زیر مؤلفه ها، بیشترین زیر مؤلفه عدم توان کشور در استفاده از پتانسیل زنان با تعداد  57 بیشترین تاثیر را بر افزایش مقاومت‌های نرم زنان در مقابل ساختار مرد سالارانه دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافتههای پژوهش، حاکی از این است که جامعه پذیری جنسیتی در ایجاد و  ادامهی آسیبهای وارده بر زنان در جامعه نقش قابل توجهی دارند و میتواند مسیر صحیح را با چالشهای اساسی مواجه کند. نتایج این مطالعه میتواند در شناسایی و کاهش آسیبهای ناشی از واکاوی مقاومتهای نرم زنان در مقابل ساختار مرد سالارانه مؤثر واقع شود. تازه‌های تحقیق اکبر اعتباریان: <a href="https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=f1TvQkQAAAAJ">Google Scholar</a>, <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=akbar+etebarian">Pubmed</a> <div style="text-align: justify;">Aim and Background: In addition to being considered as a platform for exercising power in society, daily life also provides potential for liberating action and creativity and independence of the subject. Family is one of the most important areas of daily life in which women are the main players. Due to the fact that this field is not free of power relations, like other fields of applying power strategies, it also contains some resistances. The current research analyzes the soft resistance of women against the patriarchal structure. In this article, an attempt was made to examine women's lives in the context of a patriarchal society and analyze some important factors in stabilizing or changing their status, especially in the family. Methods and Materials: The present research method was descriptive-correlation type. The statistical community in the qualitative section consists of scientific and executive experts and experts, in the fields of sociology and political science, who have authored articles on development, political development, and women's empowerment in various fields of development. (Emphasizing that Female experts must be used) and the purposeful sampling method was used in the qualitative section. Findings: The results of the research showed that gender socialization with a frequency of 377 has the greatest impact on the analysis of women's soft resistance against the patriarchal structure and the sacred component of the concept of women with a frequency of 69 has the least impact. Among the sub-components, the biggest sub-component of the country's inability to use the potential of women with the number of 57 has the greatest effect on the increase of women's soft resistance against the patriarchal structure. Conclusions: The findings of the research indicate that Gender socialization plays a significant role in the creation and continuation of harms caused to women in the society and can face the right path with fundamental challenges.
