fa پیامدهای جسمی و عاطفی افشاگری تخلف سازمانی در پرستاران عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف : مشاهده خطا و تخلف در محیط کار و تصمیم‌گیری جهت افشا یا عدم افشای خطا و تخلف، استرس‌زا است و این استرس می‌تواند پیامدهای جسمی و عاطفی را به همراه داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی پیامدهای جسمی و عاطفی افشاگری تخلف سازمانی در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های دولتی و خصوصی شهر اصفهان در سال 1389 انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود و در آن 245 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان‌های خصوصی و دولتی شهر اصفهان به صورت خوشه‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از چک‌لیست افشاگری و همچنین، دو چک‌لیست پیامدهای جسمی و عاطفی افشاگری McDonald و Ahern مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: 62 درصد از پرستاران، افشاگر و 38 درصد غیر افشاگر بودند. در زمینه پیامدهای جسمی، پرستاران افشاگر از مشکلات بالاتری رنج می‌بردند و فقط مشکلات گوارشی در پرستاران غیر افشاگر بیشتر بود. در زمینه پیامدهای عاطفی، احساس ترس و خشم در پرستاران افشاگر و احساسات مرتبط با بی‌ارزشی و احساس گناه در پرستاران غیر افشاگر بیشتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، افراد افشاگر به طور کلی از مشکلات جسمی و عاطفی بیشتری رنج می‌برند، اما افراد غیر افشاگر نیز مشکلات خاصی (گوارشی و احساس بی‌ارزشی و گناه) دارند که بیانگر لزوم توجه بیشتر به این گروه می‌باشد. Aim and Background: Observing error and misconduct in the work place and deciding whether to report it or not is stressful and this stress can have physical and emotional effects. The aim of this study was to investigate the emotional and physical effects of whistleblowing among nurses in private and public hospitals of Isfahan, Iran, in 2011. Methods and Materials: This was a descriptive and analytical study. The study participants consisted of 245 nurses of private and public hospitals of Isfahan. The subjects were selected using cluster sampling method and evaluated using the Whistleblowing Checklist and the two checklists of Physical and Emotional Effects of Whistleblowing of McDonald and Ahern. Findings: 62% of nurses were whistleblowers and 38% were non-whistleblowers. In terms of physical effects, whistleblowers suffered from more problems and only the rate of digestive problems was higher among non-whistleblowers. In terms of emotional effects, feelings of fear and anger were more common in whistleblowers and feelings of unworthiness and guilt in non-whistleblowers.
