fa بررسی اثربخشی اجتماع درمان مدار بر علایم روانی مردان وابسته به مواد عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف : اجتماع درمان مدار یک روش درمانی اقامتی است که در درمان افراد مبتلا به اختلال مصرف مواد مؤثر است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی اجتماع درمان مدار بر علایم روانی مردان وابسته به مواد مؤثر بود. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش به روش آزمایشی پیش‌ آزمون‌ـ پس‌آزمون با پیگیری انجام شده است. مراجعان سه مرحله مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. آن‌ها حداقل به مدت 6 ماه در اجتماع درمان مدار بودند. نمونه‌ها شامل 474 مرد وابسته به مواد بود که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای تصادفی از مراکز اجتماع درمان مدار بجنورد، بروجرد، اهواز و کرمان انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه &nbsp;SCL90 یا 90 Symptom Checklist و تست مرفین به دست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تی زوجی تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: پس از مداخله، یافته‌ها اثربخشی اجتماع درمان مدار را بر علایم روانی (علایم شکایت جسمانی، وسواس- اجبار، حساسیت در روابط متقابل، افسردگی، اضطراب، پرخاشگری، ترس مرضی، افکار پارانوئید، روان‌پریشی و علایم مرضی) در مصرف کننده‌های مواد نشان داد (05/0 < P). همچنین بیش از نصف (27/59 درصد) مراجعان پس از یک سال پیگیری پاک بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین نتایج حاکی از اثربخشی اجتماع درمان مدار بر علایم روانی و پاکی افراد مصرف کننده مواد است. واژه‌های کلیدی: اجتماع درمان مدار، اقامتی، علایم روانی، مصرف مواد، مردان معتاد. Aim and Background: The therapeutic community (TC) is a residential treatment model, which is effective in the treatment of people with substance abuse disorder. The aim of the people study was to examine the effectiveness of TC on mental symptoms of persons with substance abuse disorder. Methods and Materials: In this experimental, pre-post test and follow-up study, referred patients with substance abuse disorder were studied in three phases. They were under TC treatment at least for 6 months. 474 subjects were selected by stratified sampling method from broujerd, Kerman, Ahvaz, and Bojnourd cities. The instruments used for data collection were a SCL90 questionnaire and morphin test. Data analyzed using aired samples T test. Findings: The intervention was effective on&nbsp; mental symptoms (symptoms of depression, paranoiad thought, morbid symptoms, obsession- compulsion, aggression, physical complaint, problem in social relationship, anxiety, phobia, psychosis) of studied population (P < 0.05). Also, more than half (59/27) of the referred patients were clean after one year follow-up period. Conclusions: The results demonstrated the effectiveness of TC on the mental symptoms and treatment of patients with substance abuse disorder.
