Abstract
Introduction: Identifying the factors which affect the level of the workers’ satisfaction, has a potential important role in sustainability of the satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors which affect the employees' satisfaction of the governmental organizations in Hamedan Province. Method and Materials: In this descriptive-analytic study, 2923 employees were selected from the eight province districts through stratified randomized sampling. The sample consisted of 1793 men (61.3%) and 1130 (38.7%) women. The average age of the employees was 34.86±6.23 (years-old). From all employees, 2516 (68.1%) were married and the rest 407 (13.9%) were single. Data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability and validity had been already examined. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Spearman correlation tests, running SPSS software. Findings: The following factors were found to significantly contribute in the employees’ satisfaction: Definite and scientific approach toward the evaluation of the employees’ function (mean=3.75, B=0.096, P Discussion: The findings are consistent with other studies in many ways, while presenting some different aspects as well. While the findings were generally in keeping with the previous studies conceptual model, the manager related factors were found more significant in this study. The managers should pay more attention toward the employees’ job satisfaction.

Abstract
Abstract Aim and Background: Type A individuals are more likely to suffer problems due to certain worldviews that job. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of stress management therapy based on cognitive-behavior therapy on type A personality in industrial company employees Methods and Materials: This is study a quasi-experimental. population in this study included all Personnel of industrial Company, that company was registered in 1390, from among employees of the company were 500 people were randomly selected that basis on their respond to type a personality inventory. The final sample included 30 men who were selected randomly among 500 men with score upper one standard deviation from mean. The men were divided randomly into two groups (experimental and control). First performed Type A and job stressors inventories as pretest, then 10 sessions of group therapy of stress management based on cognitive-behavior therapy carried out. The data resulted from the research were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). Findings: The results showed that both experimental and control groups after implementation of stress management indicates that there is a significant difference in the type A behavior pattern. Also, between the two groups in terms of type A and type A non-morbid disease so there is significant difference in stress management. Conclusions: Stress management training technique cognitive - behavioral is effective in modifying behavior patterns type A, and thereby can be psychological and occupational problems related to this type of personality in reduced staff.

Abstract
Aim and Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12-week physical activity on resiliency, subjective well-being, and work engagement among the female staff of Islamic Azad University. Methods and Materials: This semi-experimental research was carried out having pre- and post-test. The statistical population of this study consisted of 94 female staff of Parand Branch, Islamic Azad University, Iran; from whom, 72 person were purposively selected as samples and were randomly divided into experimental (n = 36) and control (n = 36) groups. The tools for gathering data were Konor and Davidson Resiliency Inventory, Schaufeli and Bakker Work Engagement Inventory, and Keyes and Magyar-Mae Subjective Well-Being Inventory. Data were analyzed via SPSS software, using one-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Findings: Aerobic exercise significantly increased resiliency, subjective well-being, and work engagement among the subjects (P ˂ 0.05 for all). The dimensions of mental health were not equally affected by the practice. The effect size was obtained 0.63, 0.49, and 0.09 in resiliency, work engagement, and Subjective well-being, respectively. Conclusions: Based on our findings, it is recommended that managers should provide opportunities for their employees to participate in physical activity plans in order to increase their resilience, mental well-being, and work engagement. Under this condition, organizational managers can effectively benefit from their active and healthy human resources.

Abstract
Aim and Background: Due to the differences in happiness index and its affecting factors in different geographical and organizational environments, in this study has developed the native model of the effective factors on employee happiness in Mobarakeh Steel Company in Isfahan.
Methods and Materials: This research is a descriptive type that has been done in terms of mixed methodology (including qualitative and quantitative methods) and its qualitative part is based on grounded theory approach and its quantitative part is correlation method. The study population of this project includes all of the Mobarakeh Steel of Isfahan personnel, 14529 people in 1398. By conducting semi-structured interview with 75 employees who were selected by cluster random samling and completion of a researcher-made questionnaire by 407 employees that selected purposefully and data analysis, five factors affecting happiness employees was developed including the foundations of happiness(Familial Communication, Communication types in workplace, Justice and Social Support, Material and Spiritual Reward), makers happiness(Positive thinking, Good mood, Targeted, Job security), happiness breakers(Stress, Sickness, Lack of justice, Inadequate Organizational Environment), happiness mechanisms(Emotional Intelligence, Intimacy, Social skills, Meeting basic needs) and consequences of happiness(Peace, Job and Familial Satisfaction, Health) and the native model of the effective factors on employees happiness. Research data were analyzed by using SPSS 21 and SMART-PLS3 structural equation modeling software at descriptive and inferential level and to perform model fitting was used PLS3 software.
Findings: The results showed that five factors of happiness foundations, happiness makers, happiness breakers, happiness mechanisms and happiness consequences has direct and indirect relationship with each other and the happiness native model of Mobarakeh steel company employees has a good fit(p<0.01).
Conclusions: The results of this study showed that five factors of foundations of happiness, happiness makers, happiness breakers, happiness mechanisms and consequences of happiness have mutual effects on each other and are affective factors on the happiness of Mobarakeh steel company employees.
