Abstract
abstract Aim and Background: This study was conducted with the aim of explaining aspects of conceptual framework of indicators for mental health.Providing mental health indicators conceptual framework could provide for the creation of a unified set of mental health indicators. Methods and Materials: This research was conducted in the method of systematic review and in type of library researching and internet resources.To search for a reputable and well-known databases such as “medline”, “pubmed”, “ psyclit” and other informative sites were used. And the key words to the development, implementation and evaluation of mental health promotion programs were used. Findings: In most systems, health and mental health indicators conceptual framework used to comprehensively based on the following four aspects: health status, mental health factors, mental health system performance, and characteristics of the mental health system and community and health system characteristics.Also, according to the research, mental health indicators should be specific, measurable, reliable, valid, realistic, practical, cost effective, evidence based and ethical. Conclusions: Among the health indicators conceptual framework, the framework proposed by the Canadian Institute for Health Information )CIHI( is of sufficient breadth and comprehensiveness. And it can be used with slight changes in Iran. based on this framework, a comprehensive general health indicators based on four dimensions: health status, health factors, health system, community and health system characteristics is investigated.

Abstract
Aim and Background: Parenting is one of the hardest tasks of parents and a determining factor in children’s psychological health. One of the factors influencing parenting is divorce. The objective of the present study was to examine parents’ experience of parenting after divorce. Methods and Materials: This qualitative study was conducted using descriptive phenomenology method. The statistical population in this study included men and women who had experienced parenting after divorce. The participants were 13 men and women who were chosen from among the clients of consultation centers using purposive sampling with maximum variation. They were invited for in-depth and exploratory interviews. Data were analyzed using seven-stage Colaizzi method. Findings: The analysis of these experiences led to the identification of the 10 major themes of parents’ relationship, parent’s individual needs, parent’s support network after divorce, parent’s attitude, emotions, and challenges, parent’s responsibility and supervision, parent-child maturity, and parent-child psychological damage in the parenting process. Conclusions: Parents describe parenting after divorce as a challenging task. The nature of the parents’ relationship, and their individual needs and support sources after divorce can influence their attitude and emotions towards parenting. Psychological damage, growth, and maturity are among the parents’ experiences during the parenting process after divorce.

Abstract
Aim and Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of aerobic exercise on cognitive and metacognitive abilities among inactive elder men. Methods and Materials: This was a semi-experimental study with pretest, posttest, and control group, in which 40 inactive men volunteers aged more than 60 years, divided randomly into two groups of experiment and control. The Mini-Mental State Examination and Meta-Cognitive Questionnaire-30 were used to assess cognitive and meta-cognitive abilities. Experimental protocol was performing aerobic activities for eight weeks, three sessions in a week, 60 minutes each session at 50 to 70 percent of maximum heart rate intensity. Findings: The experiment and control groups were significantly different in posttest in terms of inhibitory control and selective attention, planning, constant attention, cognitive flexibility, overall level of cognitive abilities, cognitive uncertainty, and cognitive self-awareness (P < 0.050 for all). Conclusions: Aerobic training interventions for eight weeks could be effective to improve some cognitive and metacognitive abilities among inactive elder men.

Abstract
Aim and Background: Due to the differences in happiness index and its affecting factors in different geographical and organizational environments, in this study has developed the native model of the effective factors on employee happiness in Mobarakeh Steel Company in Isfahan.
Methods and Materials: This research is a descriptive type that has been done in terms of mixed methodology (including qualitative and quantitative methods) and its qualitative part is based on grounded theory approach and its quantitative part is correlation method. The study population of this project includes all of the Mobarakeh Steel of Isfahan personnel, 14529 people in 1398. By conducting semi-structured interview with 75 employees who were selected by cluster random samling and completion of a researcher-made questionnaire by 407 employees that selected purposefully and data analysis, five factors affecting happiness employees was developed including the foundations of happiness(Familial Communication, Communication types in workplace, Justice and Social Support, Material and Spiritual Reward), makers happiness(Positive thinking, Good mood, Targeted, Job security), happiness breakers(Stress, Sickness, Lack of justice, Inadequate Organizational Environment), happiness mechanisms(Emotional Intelligence, Intimacy, Social skills, Meeting basic needs) and consequences of happiness(Peace, Job and Familial Satisfaction, Health) and the native model of the effective factors on employees happiness. Research data were analyzed by using SPSS 21 and SMART-PLS3 structural equation modeling software at descriptive and inferential level and to perform model fitting was used PLS3 software.
Findings: The results showed that five factors of happiness foundations, happiness makers, happiness breakers, happiness mechanisms and happiness consequences has direct and indirect relationship with each other and the happiness native model of Mobarakeh steel company employees has a good fit(p<0.01).
Conclusions: The results of this study showed that five factors of foundations of happiness, happiness makers, happiness breakers, happiness mechanisms and consequences of happiness have mutual effects on each other and are affective factors on the happiness of Mobarakeh steel company employees.
