تأثیر مهارت نظم‌جویی هیجان مبتنی بر رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک بر وسوسه و اضطراب افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد

چکیده


زمینه و هدف: حالات هیجانی منفی و مثبت، وسوسه و اضطراب، از مهم‌ترین عوامل خطر اعتیاد می‌باشند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش مهارت نظم‌جویی هیجان مبتنی بر رفتار درمانی دیالکتیک (Dialectical behavior therapy یا DBT) بر وسوسه و اضطراب افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون و همراه با گروه شاهد بود. نمونه‌ها (28 نفر) به روش در دسترس از میان سوء مصرف‌کنندگان مواد در مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر اهواز، بر اساس مصاحبه بالینی انتخاب شدند. سپس به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد تقسیم‌بندی شدند. هر دو گروه مراحل ترک و سم‌زدایی را سپری کردند. گروه آزمایش طی 10 جلسه تحت آموزش مهارت نظم‌جویی هیجان مبتنی بر DBT قرار گرفتند، اما گروه شاهد هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی، پرسش‌نامه عقاید وسوسه‌انگیز و پرسش‌نامه اضطراب Beck (Beck Anxiety Inventory یا BAI) جمع‌آوری گردید.

یافته‌ها: تفاوت معنی‌داری بین دو گروه آزمایش و شاهد از لحاظ میزان اضطراب و وسوسه وجود داشت (001/0 > P برای هر دو). به عبارت دیگر، میزان اضطراب و وسوسه در گروه آزمایش نسبت به پیش‌آزمون و گروه شاهد، به طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت.

نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس نتایج می‌توان گفت که مداخلات آموزشی نظم‌جویی هیجان مبتنی بر DBT، روش درمانی مناسبی برای دانشجویان در جهت کاهش علایم اضطراب و وسوسه سوء مصرف‌کنندگان مواد می‌باشد.
