مقایسه اثر ورزش ایروبیک، کگل و ترکیبی بر تصویر بدنی و رضایت جنسی و زناشویی در زنان چاق

چکیده


زمینه و هدف: چاقی زمینه‌ساز بسیاری از مشکلات جسمی و روانی به شمار می‌رود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثر سه روش تمرین ایروبیک، کگل و ترکیبی (ایروبیک و کگل) بر تصویر بدنی و رضایت جنسی و زناشویی در زنان چاق انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع نيمه تجربي با طرح پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون بود. بدین ترتیب، 60 نفر از زنان چاق با دامنه سنی 35 تا 40 سال و شاخص توده بدنی (Body mass index یا BMI) بالاتر از 30 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در چهار گروه «شاهد، ایروبیک، کگل و ترکیبی» قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های تجربی به مدت هشت هفته در کلاس‌های ورزشی مربوط به خود شرکت نمودند. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسش‌نامه تصویر بدن Erlbaum Fisher، مقیاس رضایت جنسی یاوری کرمانی و رضایت زناشویی ENRICH بود.

یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های آزمون تحلیل کواریانس، هر سه شیوه تمرینی تأثیر مثبتی را بر رضایت جنسی و زناشویی نشان داد (05/0 > P). همچنین، اثر تمرین ترکیبی بر رضایت جنسی و زناشویی بیشتر از دو شیوه دیگر تمرین بود. تمرینات ایروبیک و ترکیبی باعث بهبود تصویر بدنی شد، اما تمرین کگل تأثیر معنی‌داری بر تصویر بدن نداشت.

نتيجه‌گيري: فعالیت بدنی جهت افزایش رضایت جنسی و زناشویی زنان مبتلا به چاقی پیشنهاد می‌شود.
