رابطه کمال‌گرایی، سبک‌‍‌های مقابله‌ای و عزت نفس با درماندگی روان‌شناختی دانشجویان

چکیده


زمینه و هدف: در سال‌های اخیر، شیوع درماندگی روان‌شناختی به خصوص اضطراب و افسردگی، باعث شده است تا محققان زیادی به مطالعه متغیرهای تعیین کننده و مرتبط با آن بپردازند که از جمله این عوامل می‌توان به کمال‌گرایی، عزت نفس و سبک‌های مقابله‌ای اشاره نمود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه کمال‌گرایی ناسازگار، سبک مقابله‌ای و عزت نفس با درماندگی روان‌شناختی در دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های کرمان بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود و 800 دانشجو به شیوه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای در آن شرکت نمودند. مشارکت کنندگان مقياس 28 سؤالی سلامت رواني (28-Mental Health Inventory یا 28-MHI)، پرسش‌نامه راهبردهای مقابله با استرس (Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation یا CISS)، مقیاس عزت نفس Rosenberg (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale یا RSES) و مقیاس چند بعدی کمال‌گرایی (Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale یا MPS) را تکمیل نمودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و تحلیل رگرسیون هم‌زمان در نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: کمال‌گرایی و سبک مقابله‌ای هیجان‌مدار، پیش‌بینی کننده مثبت و سبک مقابله‌ای مسأله‌مدار و عزت نفس نیز پیش‌بینی کننده منفی درماندگی روان‌شناختی بود، اما سبک مقابله‌ای اجتنابی پیش‌بینی‌کننده معنی‌دار درماندگی روان‌شناختی نبود.

نتيجه‌گيري: کمال‌گرایی، سبک‌های مقابله منفی و عزت نفس پایین، افزایش درماندگی روان‌شناختی را به همراه دارد و با استفاده از سبک‌های مقابله‌ای مثبت، عزت نفس بالا و کاهش کمال‌گرایی، می‌توان از درماندگی روان‌شناختی پیشگیری نمود.
